REFUND POLICY


RETURNS

Due to shipping complexities, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may qualify for a refund. See below for our refund policy. For questions about your order and potential refunds, please contact us at strapssavers@gmail.com.

REFUNDS

Our refund policy is good within 30 days of placing your order. Refunds are available for products that arrive damaged, not as described on our site, or for incorrect items.

Due to problems with serial refunders, we do not issue refunds for products that arrive as advertised and undamaged.

We appreciate your support and understanding in our effort to combat serial refunding, as it has become a serious problem in the e-commerce space.

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please email pictures of your order to strapssavers@gmail.com and we will process your full refund immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refunds to be returned to your account.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order and be issued a refund, you can do so within 24 hours of placing your order. (Excluding weekends) After 24 hours your order will have been processed and shipped and the above terms will then apply for refunds. Please email us at strapssavers@gmail.com to request an order cancellation.
